Welcome to OzPhil College of Cavite, Inc.,

The year 2015 is the beginning of an exciting journey to both the management and teachers. We are laying the foundations that are innovative and relevant in today’s world. The main focus of our endeavour is to ensure that our students will develop its full potential through strong partnership and collaboration with parents and community.

The strategicdirection for the next five years, including the vision, mission, values and environmental context of the College, as well as goals, targets and key improvement strategies are contained in the three student outcome areas:

• Student learning

• Student engagement and wellbeing

• Student pathways and transitions.

It is my commitment to provide teaching and learning that excels internationally. This will also include the advancement of our people and resources which will ensure that we stay in tune with the global and international changes.

One of my key driving forces is making a difference to the lives of many poor families in the Philippines through education. Currently, OzPhil College has 11 scholars from the poor background of whom I provide free education. This is not the first time that I have demonstrated empathy to the poor people. In 2006, I established my “Passion Foundation” which provides financial scholarship to poor college students and to date there are 10 graduates from this foundation and are now fully employed!

I have a great understanding of the value of education and a great appreciation of what it takes to truly do what you believe in and believe in what you do! My continued path to quality education will always inspire me.In conclusion, I wish all the students and teachers an enjoyable and engaging learning experience!
